• How Quickly Will I Receive the Domain?

  Once your payment is confirmed the transfer process will begin. The fastest way to receive your new domain is to 'push' it to a new account at the current registrar. Alternatively you can transfer your new name to a registrar of your choice, and this normally takes between 3 and 5 days.

• Will You Help with Transfers?

  We're here to help complete the transfer process with you, and can guide and advise you if needed. We can help you with any transfer or registrar related questions. If there's anything we can help with email us at hi@brandworthy.domains.

• Is Payment Secure?

  Your purchase is encrypted using 256-bit SSL and your credit card details are never transmitted or stored on our servers. We currently accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX, and for larger transactions we are happy to support Escrow.com.
